Ingredients:
- 2 1/4 c. flour
- 1 tbsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 c. sugar
- Cinnamon to taste
- 1/4 c. cold butter in 4 pieces
- 3/4 c. milk
Preparation:
Place flour, baking powder, salt and sugar in processor. Process on-off to mix. Add butter and process 10 seconds. Pour milk over; process on-off 6 to 8 times. Knead 6 to 8 times; put some sugar on counter. Cut in circles. Bake at 450 degrees for 12 to 15 minutes. Frost with confectioners’ sugar/milk frosting.
