Choco Calzone

Ingredients :

  • 400gr Chocó butter
  • Hazelnuts
  • 4 bananas
  • 4 pinches baked sesame

Dough

  • 500gr white flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon yeast
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch sugar
  • 100gr semolina
  • 150ml water
  • flour

PREPARATION
Wash all the fruit in cold water to keep the fruit fresh and crisp. Dry before cutting. Cut up all the fruit into good sized pieces: oranges, grapes, apples, pineapple, kiwi, peaches, melons, and cherries and combine in a large bowl. Combine the Seven-Up, orange juice, pineapple juice, and the sugar. Add it to the mix of fruit. Allow the fruit to mix well with the dressing so the fruit absorbs the dressing flavor slightly. Place the whole salad in a large Tupperware in the fridge for 20 minutes and serve.
