Exclusive is a word that’s used a lot nowadays in Beirut. Sometimes it’s more merited than others, and sometimes it’s not adequate to describe the sheer opulence and luxury of the experience. Riviera’s latest venture, Prive, fits into the second category. As part of the Riviera experience which encompasses three stunning outdoor swimming pools, an in pool bar, private Jacuzzis and bungalows, turning sun beds, Riviera Prive’s Island Bar, a fusion restaurant and night lounge, which all add up to offer a stunning destination for beach lovers.

Prive’s Fusion restaurant offers a number of temptations that promise to make even the most die-hard dieter reconsider their dedication, including a Wagyu Burger with Cheddar Cheese, Tomato, home made Cajun Pont Neuf potaoes and their special Prive sauce. Those watching their figures won’t miss out, there’s Sushi and a mouth-watering selection of gourmet salads including Lobster, Mesclun Greens and Dressing, Seared Red Tuna with Sakura Cress and Onion Mustard Dressing, among others.
The Asian Fusion theme continues in the cocktail and smoothie menu, one that’s not to be missed, in particular the Strawberry, Lychee and Passion Fruit Bellinis, and the incredibly inventive Fusion Martinis (think James Bond meets downtown Hong Kong). Prive’s signature cocktails include the Columbiano: Gold Rum, Galliano Ristretto, Fresh Orange and Lime, the Sun Tan: Tequila Gold, Galliano Balsamico, Fresh Carrot Juice, and spices, and the Green Sunset: White Rum, Kiwi Liqueur and Fresh Kiwi.

If you haven’t had your fill yet, we highly recommend the Chocolate Crepe Souffle to round out your meal. An incredibly decadent Chocolate Crepe with Chocolate Cake filling and Chocolate Sauce, topped with Vanilla Ice Cream, it promises to be the dessert lover’s most cherished indulgence this summer.
Riviera Prive hosts concerts, DJs and fashion shows in the evening while jet skis and scuba diving fill the daytime hours.
