Strawberry Lover Pastry
Ingredients needed for 4 servings
• 1 packet Mille-feuille pastry • 20 strawberries • 1 bottle Chantilly cream • strawberry syrup • 50g icing sugar

Preparation
Start by cutting the pastry in medium sized heart shapes. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees and allow to cool. Clean and dry the strawberries well and cut them in halves. Place a pastry, surrounded by Chantilly and add the strawberries. Add another layer of pastry and repeat the process with fresh cream. Finish with more strawberries and the icing sugar. Garnish in a lacey pattern with the strawberry syrup.
